Frequently Asked Questions
Do you mill custom moulding and flooring profiles?
Yes. Creating custom flooring and moulding profiles is core to what we do. We can match an existing profile from a physical sample, reproduce a discontinued pattern, or mill an entirely new profile from your drawing, then run it in the species and quantity your project needs.
Can you match an existing or discontinued profile?
In most cases, yes. Bring us a section of the original or a clear drawing and our milling specialists will work to match the profile, and where possible the species, drawing from our Poplar, Cypress, Southern Yellow Pine, and treated Pine stock or a special order.
Do I need to supply my own lumber?
Not at all. We mill from our own 100,000 square foot inventory of finish-grade and rough lumber, so your material and milling come from one source. If you prefer to supply specific stock, we are happy to discuss it.
What is the typical turnaround and minimum order?
Lead time depends on species availability and the complexity of the profile, and we handle everything from a single custom run to full-home millwork. Reach out with your project and we will confirm timing and any order minimums up front.
